Idea Management Process
I.D.E.A workflow
EGP’s idea management process is a structured workflow for capturing ideas. Phase one will focus on capturing ideas from all employees across all departments and locations of EPG and evaluate those ideas in order to determine which have the greatest potential for implementation.

Ideas posted in direct categories will be published without moderation, whereas ideas in indirect categories are all subject to moderation from the innovation managers.

User community may be the full community available in EPG’s innovation platform or a select group of users selected to view the specific idea depending on the idea category.
Innovation enabling engagement
In order to create results with a positive and sustainable impact to the business, focus will be made on providing employees with the necessary tools to communicate, collaborate and be innovative in their daily activities.
